Our client, a leading infrastructure and energy investor, is looking for an experienced Director to join their expanding Investment Team in Luxembourg.
This is a senior-level opportunity for a driven investor with hands-on equity experience in infrastructure and renewable energy. The role will focus on origination and execution of transactions in the DACH region and reports directly to the Managing Director.
Key Requirements:
~10 years of experience in infrastructure and/or renewable energy equity investmentsProven ability to lead transactions and manage all aspects of due diligenceStrong negotiation skills, including SPA and transaction documentationExperience presenting and defending deals to Investment CommitteesWillingness to be based in Luxembourg (relocation support if needed)Key Responsibilities:
