    Your Responsibilities

    Strategic PLM Implementation: Lead the strategic planning and execution of Windchill PLM system deployments and upgrades, ensuring alignment with Advantest’s business objectives and engineering processes to drive efficiency and innovation
    Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize PLM workflows and processes to enhance productivity and data accuracy, implementing PLM best practices and optimizing processes to match
    Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, contract manufacturers and IT teams across Advantest globally to identify requirements, resolve system issues, and ensure seamless integration of Windchill PLM with other enterprise systems, facilitating effective cross-functional communication and data sharing
    Training and Support: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for end-users, and provide ongoing support to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues, ensuring that teams fully leverage Windchill PLM capabilities for their daily operations.

    Your Qualifications

    Extensive Windchill Expertise: Proven experience with Windchill PLM systems, including implementation and configuration with a deep understanding of its modules and capabilities to drive system efficiency and effectiveness
    Advanced Business Process Knowledge: Strong background in analyzing and optimizing product lifecycle management processes, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable PLM solutions that enhance operational efficiency
    Cross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse teams, including engineering, IT, and business units, to identify needs, resolve issues, and ensure successful integration and utilization of the Windchill PLM system across the organization
    Training and Change Management Skills: Experience in developing and delivering training programs for end-users, coupled with effective change management skills to facilitate smooth transitions and high adoption rates for new PLM processes and technologies

    Your Responsibilities

    Supply Chain Quality Engineers are responsible for the technical elements of supply chain management throughout all product life cycle phases.
    This position is focusing on Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs)
    Ensure availability of high-quality parts and assemblies, supported by robust supplier and supply chain capabilities
    Major tasks are:

    Ensure PCB Quality by establishing and enforcing IPC specifications and Advantest PCB guidelines across design, fabrication, and assembly
    Manage NPI qualification and supplier readiness; Material validation and release before mass production
    Drive failure analysis, root cause identification, and corrective actions; monitor quality KPIs via the SPM (supplier performance) process and support AOS (assurance of supply) initiatives
    Handle supplier claim management and risk mitigation to maintain delivery performance and product reliability
    Lead supplier audits, dual sourcing, and DFM communication to ensure manufacturability
    Approve manufacturing release for new products and maintain WCH

    Your Qualifications

    Bachelor/Master Degree or University Degree or equivalent with the subjects of Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Physics, Material Science or equivalent job experience
    Know-how of manufacturing and related test processes for PCBs
    Knowledge of common failure mechanisms related PCBs
    Very good analytical skills in solving technical issues
    Team work/cross functional work capability
    Language skills: fluent in English (writing & speaking); German min. B2

    Lead complex, multi-functional, projects with multiple stakeholders

    Works in the New Product Introduction (NPI) engineering team which drives Advantest towards operational excellence in an outsourced manufacturing environment
    Brings new mechanical infrastructure products of the V93000 IC tester into production on time
    Assures manufacturing, quality and reliability of technically challenging mechanical products throughout the outsourced supply chain
    Develops, maintains and shares expertise of mechanical product design of the V93000 within Advantest including advice to peers and management

    Your Responsibilities

    Formulate, develop, and continuously improve the standardized S&OP process framework applicable to all business units, including process cadence, meeting structure, data analysis and decision-making protocols, in alignment with key stakeholders globally
    Facilitate collaboration between stakeholders, such as Sales, Marketing, Operations, etc., and lead the S&OP cycle, including Demand Review, Supply Review, and Executive S&OP.
    Resolve conflicts between demand and supply priorities through a structured decision-making process.
    Support scenario planning and risk mitigation strategies.
    Present consolidated plans and recommendations to senior leadership.
    Develop the S&OP operating tool in collaboration with the Business Process Reengineering & Digital Transformation (BPR&DX) team for effective and efficient S&OP execution.
    Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as forecast accuracy, service levels, and inventory health, to systematically assess S&OP performance, as well as to put governance in place.

    Your QualificationsComprehensive and solid experience in Supply Chain Operations and/or Supply ChainPlanning (in a complex/global organization, highly preferred).

    Capability of data analysis, scenario analysis, and statical forecasting.
    Experience in formulating and deploying S&OP process.
    Experience in improving operations as key user of demand/supply planning tool
    (e.g. Oracle, Kinaxis o9, SAP IBP).

    Skills of stakeholder management and communication management to effectively
    collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

    Strong Leadership and decision-making skills as well as very good analytical skillsStrong communication, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues at differentlevels and across different teams in English.Additional Skills Preferred:

    Experience with cost simulation tools and scenario planning.
    Experience in change management and process transformation.
    Certification such as CSCP, CPSM, or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

    Your Responsibilities

    Supplier Data Specification Governance: Define, document, and maintain the standardized Supplier Data Specification (data catalogue), including data definitions, acceptance criteria, frequency of exchange, and exception handling, ensuring alignment with Advantest’s procurement and operational objectives
    Current-State Mapping and Gap Analysis: Lead the rapid assessment of existing supplier data flows, interfaces, and schemas to establish an “as-is” baseline, identify gaps against the defined specification, and drive a prioritized remediation plan
    Supplier Engagement and Data Stewardship: Establish and manage relationships with supplier data owners, implement alerting and escalation processes for data quality violations, and drive adherence to standards through governance forums and supplier scorecards
    Data Quality: Define and monitor data quality KPIs (completeness, timeliness, accuracy, conformance), integrate them into supplier performance scorecards, and act as the subject matter expert for implementing a Supplier Collaboration platform for supplier data exchange.

    Your Qualifications

    Senior Data Management Expertise: Demonstrated experienceyears) in data governance, data quality, or master/reference data management within procurement or supply chain environments, with a proven ability to define and enforce data standards and catalogues
    Technical and Integration Knowledge: Strong understanding of data exchange technologies (APIs, EDI, CSV/XML, SFTP), schema design, validation rules, and exception handling. Hands-on experience in Coupa or similar procurement/data platforms preferred
    Supplier Engagement and Change Leadership: Exceptional ability to identify supplier data owners, negotiate data standards, and drive compliance through SLAs, scorecards, and governance forums, supported by strong communication and stakeholder management skills
    Delivery Mindset and Analytical Capability: Ability to hit the ground running by executing discovery, gap analysis, and remediation, combined with expertise in defining KPIs, building dashboards, and using data-driven insights to prioritize improvements
