Due to our growth, we are seeking an experienced treasury professional to join our team to help develop and enhance Zanders' presence in the DACH region. You will contribute your expertise and drive excellence in finance.
Our main locations in Germany are Frankfurt and Cologne, but we are open to hybrid models or remote work within Germany.
Your Role
Role
You will primarily drive our growth in Germany and the DACH region, contributing to the development and recognition of Zanders. Your responsibilities include business development, client advising, and project management. Your role will also involve:
Introducing Zanders to multinational corporations in Germany and the DACH region, presenting our servicesBuilding Zanders' business in the DACH region by identifying new opportunities and shaping solutionsResearching market and product developments, trends in treasuryRepresenting Zanders at events and publishing thought leadership contentLeading teams to optimize clients' treasury processes and systems, including innovative solutions like treasury analytics and AIManaging strategic treasury transformation projects and M&A transactions, including cash/liquidity and financial risk managementSupporting clients in designing and implementing treasury systemsManaging and developing our team, supporting colleagues' professional growthSkills To Be SuccessfulProven experience in client engagement and selling consulting servicesExisting network in Germany and the DACH regionMinimum 9 years in Corporate Treasury or Treasury ConsultingDeep knowledge of treasury management, TMS, in-house banking, liquidity, payments, and bank connectivityImplementation experience with TMS like SAP, FIS, ION, Kyriba, Coupa, or related toolsMotivation to work in an international, innovative environmentAgile mindset, tenacity, and growth-oriented attitudeRelevant degree (Bachelor's or Master’s)Self-reliant, flexible, proactive, team-orientedWillingness to travelExperience working in diverse, global teamsFluent in English and GermanLegally authorized to work in GermanyWe Offer in Return
