You manage and control external partners and service providers in close coordination with your manager and support market analyses for the selection and evaluation of hardware, software, and IT services. You support the planning, coordination, and execution of IT projects and business sub-projects during the implementation, testing, and rollout phases. You participate in advising business departments on projects and changes to IT services, systems, and applications, particularly with a focus on cyber recovery and continuity management. You create and maintain the necessary documentation for operations and support, especially for cyber recovery processes. You support the continuous analysis of process improvements as well as efficient interface and automation solutions, and evaluate and implement them. You have solid professional experience with backup and recovery solutions such as Veeam, AvePoint, or Rubrik in hybrid IT environments.
