DSI Micro Matic is seeking a Sales Excellence Manager that supports the development of a more data-driven and scalable commercial setup within the Micro Matic Group. Reporting directly to the Group Chief Sales Officer (CSO), the role contributes to strengthening pricing discipline, pipeline transparency, and sales performance across regions. It works closely with Sales Directors and provides data-driven insights to support commercial decision-making. The position includes occasional international travel (approx. 20%).
The position offers a flexible mobile working model across Germany. While the role can be performed remotely, candidates located within the Cologne/Düsseldorf area would be preferred to allow for presence at the DSI Micro Matic sales office in Bornheim and personal exchange with colleagues.
