    We leverage technology and automation to deliver faster, more effective learning outcomes while fostering a deep understanding of GetYourGuide's dynamic policies, processes, and guiding principles. \n Your mission \n \n Manage and deliver training programs to ensure BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) agents and internal Care teams hit their performance targets \n Leverage AI tools and technologies to design, deliver, and optimize training programs for faster and more effective learning outcomes \n Identify knowledge gaps among tenured and new hire/tenure agents and design tailored training sessions to address these gaps \n Organize and facilitate training sessions to communicate new procedures and updates \n Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure procedural changes are seamlessly integrated into training programs \n Contribute to the development of a culture of learning excellence and continuous improvement \n This role might require occasional travel, typically at least once a year, involving long-haul flights (9 hours). Trips are usually planned well in advance and last an average of 1-2 weeks.

    Our mission is to ensure financial integrity and operational efficiency. We are committed to upholding the highest standards of accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement in all our processes. \n The Vendor Master Data Specialist will sit under Procurement, and will be responsible for managing and maintaining the vendor master data within our tools and ERP system (SAP).

    This role involves ensuring data accuracy, processing vendor requests, and supporting the procurement function. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. \n ### Your mission \n Maintain and update vendor master data records in accordance with company policies and procedures.

    Team mission

    As a Content Designer in our Traveler team, you'll be working on high-impact areas of our user-facing products. Working with a variety of mission teams, you'll provide content design support and work to define our content strategy across Search & Discovery, numerous landing pages, and in-activity content. This is an opportunity to join an important part of our product organization, with abundant opportunities for impact and growth.

    You will:

    Develop a user-centered point of view on your product area and advocate for user needs in a collaborative way. Write and iterate on UX copy, information hierarchy, and interaction flows for web and mobile, including apps, emails, and others. Contribute with UX researchers and designers to test your UX copy and work with engineers to ensure the highest quality bar in the final deliverables. Apply actionable user insights from data and qualitative research to inform your writing and UX decisions. Apply, maintain, and sometimes contribute to tone-of-voice and writing guidelines to drive consistency in our products and user experience. Contribute to product reviews with constructive feedback supporting your peers’ decision-making and quality of work. Be a contributor with designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers in solving customer problems and improving our user experience. Communicate frequently and clearly with your stakeholders to facilitate alignment, create shared understanding, and explain your UX writing rationale. Collaborate with your Product Manager in building the product strategy and roadmap together.

    Who you are

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English You have a minimum of 3+ years of experience with end-to-end UX writing in a start-up, SMB, a large company with a digital offering, or design consulting agency; You have a problem-solving mindset, focusing on outcomes and not output and applying user feedback or multivariate testing tools to validate UX copy; Familiarity with UX writing for multiple platforms, including mobile and desktop; Ability to present UX writing solutions, articulate the decision rationale behind them, and sometimes contribute to content strategy for a product; Demonstrable ability to be proactive and comfortable with working autonomously; Experience working closely with cross-disciplinary product teams, including Product Managers and Engineers; A demonstrable understanding of how UX writing impacts business objectives and KPIs; A portfolio of case studies showcasing relevant work that illustrates your process and approach to UX writing.

    Team mission

    As a Senior Product Designer in our Growth Product Group, you will be part of a cross-functional team focused on the engagement and retention of our user base. Your role will be to understand the repeated travel behaviors of our target audience and the value GetYourGuide can provide to become their travel app of choice. How might we create value for travelers to build their entire trip on our platform? How might we help our customers discover their next travel destination? These are some of the questions you will be working on figuring out alongside your Product Manager and Engineering partners. 

    You will:

    You will develop a strategic user-centered point of view on our products, advocate for user needs, and collaboratively evangelize your vision. You will develop and iterate on UX design solutions across the web, native apps, and other surfaces.  You will be a primary thought partner to your team’s product and engineer manager, building the product strategy and roadmap together. You will use hypothesis-driven design to develop solutions and contribute to iterating in your team’s problem space. You will be a primary contributor with UX researchers to plan strategic research initiatives and execute testing of your designs.  You will contribute to actionable user insights from data and qualitative research and apply them to your UX design decisions. You will collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure a high-quality bar in the final implementation. You will contribute to, apply, and maintain Compass, the GYG design system, to drive consistency in our products and user experience. You will autonomously manage stakeholder communication to facilitate alignment, create shared understanding, and explain your design rationale. You will mentor other product designers through complex challenges involving multiple teams and functional roles. 

    Who you are

    Minimum 5+ years experience with end-to-end product design in a start-up, SMB, a large company with a digital offering, or a design consulting agency; A demonstrable problem-solving mindset, focusing on outcomes and not output, and applying user feedback or multivariate testing tools to validate hypothesis; Proven track record in leading medium design projects that demonstrate a user-centered approach and high-quality deliverables; Examples that demonstrate an understanding of and ability to contribute to visual design, including branding, composition, and UI components; Complete familiarity with designing for multiple platforms, including Web, iOS, and Android, and with approaches and methodologies such as responsive design or mobile-first; Demonstrable ability to bring ideas to life through prototyping through simple click-thru mock-ups; Demonstrable ability to present design concepts and final designs, articulate the decision rationale behind them, and build a product vision; Demonstrable ability to be proactive and utterly comfortable with working autonomously; Experience working closely within cross-disciplinary product teams, including Product Managers and Engineers. A history of strong communication and collaboration with other functional roles is essential; A demonstrable understanding of how UX impacts business objectives and KPIs; A portfolio of case studies showcasing relevant work that illustrates your process and approach to UX design.

    Team mission

    The Data Platform team plays the central role in our data-driven strategy, designing and developing our data ecosystem, data processes and analytics capabilities. We work on problems such as product events tracking, self-service ETL enablement, and real-time streaming applications. The team is also responsible for making the vast amount of data accessible, reliable and efficient to query, so we are empowered to make the best data-driven decisions. We work with a wide variety of tools and technologies ranging from Spark, Airflow, and Kafka to Databricks, Looker and Snowflake, making this team a great place to learn new skills.

    You will:

    Design, build and refine our data and analytics infrastructure, scaling to petabytes of data Grow our analytics capabilities with faster, more reliable data pipelines, and better tools Work together with Business Intelligence, Analytics, and the whole Engineering department to ensure high data quality Design and develop a real-time events pipeline and work with data scientists, backend engineers and product managers to find new ways to leverage this data Develop complex and efficient pipelines to transform raw data sources into powerful, reliable components of our data lake Optimize and improve existing features or data processes for performance and stability

    Who you are

    2-3 years of experience as a Data/Software Engineer  Experience designing, developing and maintaining systems at scale Strong experience with Scala or Java Well-versed in both big data (e.g. Spark) and backend frameworks You write efficient, well-tested code with an keen eye on scalability and maintainability Familiar with agile development You have an analytical mind and bake your decisions with data Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
