Your profileDegree in Engineering, Computer Science, Automotive Technology, Business Administration with a technical focus, or a comparable qualificationSeveral years of experience in operations or project management, ideally in the context of autonomous vehicles or innovative mobility solutionsProven leadership experience in a comparable role with responsibility for team building, development, and managementStrong technical understanding of autonomous systems, sensor technologies, vehicle systems, or related fieldsTrack record of building and scaling processes in dynamic, technology-driven environmentsExperience working with external partners and customersRegular travel activities throughout GermanyExcellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and German
