You define and implement the vision for the Cyber Incident Recovery consulting practice, ensuring alignment with market demands and client objectives. You develop and oversee recovery frameworks, integrating disaster recovery (DR), IT service continuity management (ITSCM), and post-incident resilience planning. You act as a thought leader, representing the organisation at industry events, publishing insights, and driving innovation in incident recovery.
This role demands a strong presence, industry expertise, and the ability to cultivate relationships with CXO-level clients. Your leadership will be critical in fostering talent development and innovation within the organisation.
This role will also be leading the overall client engagement and delivering high quality client work alongside senior client stakeholders. Working in a transaction environment which may be pre or post-deal, planning post-deal implementation, and ultimately supporting execution. Guide teams in conducting forensic analysis and root cause assessments to inform recovery efforts and strengthen resilience.
Leading C-level client interactions and consulting initiatives, deliverables and outputs of a deal engagement
Demonstrate credibility and experience to advise and deliver on complex consulting engagement
Enhance client satisfaction, as measured by Net Promoter Score (NPS) and new relationship development; Secure client references

Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
10+ years of extensive experience in cyber incident response and recovery, disaster recovery planning, or IT service continuity management.
Proven track record of client engagement at the executive level, with strong relationship-building and advisory skills.
Expertise in designing and implementing DR and ITSCM frameworks, with a focus on aligning recovery strategies with business objectives.
Strong business acumen and ability to translate technical recovery concepts into actionable business strategies.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
Certifications such as CBCI, CISSP, CISM, or DRII are highly desirable.
Demonstrable ability to build and commercialize relationships with senior executives
Proven track record of leading and executing complex projects with multi-disciplinary teams in a consulting, corporate or public sector environment
Effective financial acumen with experience in driving revenue growth and managing margins
Experience of managing or supporting high-value business development activities with senior stakeholders
