    Der Standort Teltow entwickelt und fertigt elektronische Komponenten, hauptsächlich auf Basis der Oberflächenwellen-Technologie (SAW). Die meisten Produkte sind kundenspezifisch.     The Teltow location designs and manufactures electronic components, mainly based on Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) technology. Most products are customer specific. Our site includes production areas with different clean room classes for the frontend (wafer manufacturing) and backend (assembly) areas. The production also includes extensive RF test equipment. We are internationally active in the areas of mobile communications, industrial electronics, aerospace, defense and sensor technology.

    Reporting to the Manager Process Engineering, you will be part of the Process Engineering team. As a Process Technician, Frontend Process Engineering, you will support the production and contribute to the optimization of existing and the development of new processes. You will also be involved in supporting the Process Engineering team in the field of maintenance, repair, process control and analysis.

    Reporting to the Manager Development Engineering, you will be part of our R&D team. As a Product Development Engineer, you will contribute to the development of Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) filter and module solutions and help develop our technologies for next-generation acoustic wave devices.

    About the Role

    We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Python Software Engineer to design and implement robust tools and software components for our mission-critical internal test and automation infrastructure.

    You will be a key member of an international, cross-functional engineering team, driving technical collaboration with validation, emulation, firmware, and design engineers.     Design and develop Python frameworks, libraries, and services.

    Design resilient infrastructure for multi-node testing.

    We offer a total compensation package that ranks among the best in the industry. It consists of competitive base pay, restricted stock units, and quarterly bonus payments.     Our plant in Neckarbischofsheim currently develops and manufactures precision quartz crystals and quartz oscillators with around 130 employees. These products are used in telecommunications, test and measurement technology, medical technology, and radar systems.
