We are looking for a passionate and experienced hospitality leader to join our team and help shape an exceptional guest experience while contributing to the ongoing success and vision of our hotel.
Your responsibilities:
Representing hotel management in the General Manager’s absence
Supporting the team in day-to-day operations
Ensuring outstanding guest service and consistent implementation of brand standards
Assisting with month-end closing and forecasting
Handling guest complaints professionally and effectively
Training and motivating team members across departments
Creating staff rotas and managing holiday planning
Overseeing pre-accounting and general administration
Managing supplies and office operations
What you'll bring:
Successfully completed training in hospitality or a related field
Initial experience in a similar leadership role
Flexibility, resilience, and a hands-on mindset
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team
Solid computer literacy and administrative competence
Excellent communication skills in both German and English
Professional demeanor and a genuine passion for guest service
Basic knowledge of accounting/bookkeeping
