We are supporting a growing M&A advisory boutique with a strong track record in the tech and energy sectors, advising mid-cap clients across Europe.
Key responsibilities:
Conducting financial analysis and valuation work (DCF, LBO, comparables, etc.)Preparing presentations, teasers, and information memoranda for clients and investorsAssisting in the execution of live mandates (buy-side, sell-side, growth capital)Building and maintaining financial models, carrying out market and company researchRequirements:
