The team of mechanics (>50) repairs a large number of different used e-bikes and restores them to excellent condition, so that Upway customers have a huge and high-quality selection of e-bikes at their disposal.
As a Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for the entire e-bike repair process and ensure that the bikes are delivered in outstanding quality. We are looking for a Bike Mechanic for our Upway Berlin Refurbishment Centre, currently our largest Centre in the world. The mechanic team repairs a large number of different used e-bikes and refurbishes them to excellent condition, providing Upway’s customers with a vast and high-quality e-bike selection.
As a Mechanic or Senior Mechanic, you will carry out the entire repair process of an e-bike and ensure that the bikes are delivered in excellent quality. You will work with your teammates in our Refurbishment Centre in Berlin, dealing with e-bikes only and using the highest quality materials and most modern tech there is. Due to the large selection of different e-bikes (speed bikes, mountain bikes, city bikes, cargo bikes; heavily used to almost new), the job remains varied and highly challenging.
