    Job Title: VP, Marketing Services EMEA

    Reports To: SVP, Marketing EMEA
    Department: EMEA Regional Marketing

    A little bit about our team:
    The EMEA Regional Marketing team serves as the strategic hub connecting marketing resources across the region, ensuring alignment with global priorities while delivering cultural impact through localized execution. We lead core regional functions—including Artist Marketing, Paid Media, Creator Marketing, Platform Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Analytics—embedding expertise and scalable solutions that drive efficiency and performance at every level. Our focus spans from delivering best-in-class campaign execution and optimization to unlocking platform partnerships and implementing data-driven insights for smarter decisions. By uniting marketing capabilities under shared objectives and common metrics, we enable EMEA to lead with innovation and maximize the success of our artists globally.


    Your role:
    You will be the driving force behind our Regional Marketing Services, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of marketing services across the EMEA region. Reporting to the SVP, EMEA Marketing, you will manage all aspects of the Marketing Services team, including budgets, staffing, and operational processes. You will be a champion of collaboration, a master of efficiency, and a guardian of quality. Please note - this role will accept applicants across European territories where WMG have an office located.

    Here you’ll get to:
    ● Lead the EMEA Marketing Services function, managing budgets, resource allocation, and overall performance to deliver high-quality marketing support
    across the region.

    ● Develop and execute operational strategies to enhance efficiency, scalability, and service excellence across all marketing service areas.
    ● Manage and grow a high-performing team, providing leadership, coaching, and professional development for senior managers, managers, and specialists.
    ● Ensure seamless alignment with local markets and global teams, driving collaboration, communication, and consistency in service delivery.
    ● Maintain quality standards and governance, ensuring all campaigns meet defined benchmarks and deliver exceptional results for artists and partners.
    ● Act as a strategic partner to senior stakeholders, managing relationships with
    regional leadership, global teams, and external partners to address priorities and resolve escalations.
    ● Oversee performance monitoring and reporting, using data-driven insights to identify improvements, optimize workflows, and maximize ROI.
    ● Champion innovation and continuous improvement, adopting new technologies, ensuring compliance with policies, and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.


    About you:
    ● 6+ years of proven experience leading marketing services, marketing operations, or shared service functions within a global organization.
    ● Strong expertise in budget management, resource allocation, and performance tracking at a regional or multi-market scale.
    ● Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with experience developing and motivating diverse, high-performing teams.
    ● Deep understanding of global and regional marketing dynamics, including campaign governance, quality control, and best practices.
    ● Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities with a track record of driving process improvements and operational efficiency.
    ● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment while navigating cultural differences and time zones.
    ● Passion for music and a strong understanding of the music industry and its
    evolving landscape.

    We’d love it if you also had:
    ● Proven experience working with a diverse roster of artists across different genres and cultural backgrounds.
    ● Familiarity with multiple EMEA markets and their unique cultural nuances.
    ● Strong network within the agency and music industry in the EMEA region and
    globally, including relationships with labels, distributors, and promoters.
    ● Fluency in one or more EMEA languages.

    Your role:
    You will be responsible for securing and activating platform-driven marketing
    opportunities across the EMEA region. Reporting to the VP, Marketing Services EMEA, this role ensures that regional platform inventory (credits, funds, promotional placements) is planned and utilized strategically, in close collaboration with Paid Digital and Creator Marketing teams as well as Global Marketing. The position requires a strong understanding of platform ecosystems, marketing strategy, and the ability to integrate partner opportunities into multi-market campaigns for maximum impact. Please note - this role will accept applicants across European territories where WMG have an office located.


    Here you’ll get to:

    ● Plan and coordinate regional platform marketing inventory to support priority
    campaigns and align with overall marketing strategy.
    ● Streamline marketing activation and editorial pitching (META & TikTok) with
    regional platform partners, ensuring placements reinforce campaign goals and
    artist priorities.
    ● Work closely with Paid Digital and Creator Marketing EMEA teams to integrate
    platform opportunities into campaign planning for consistency and impact.
    ● Collaborate with Global Marketing to ensure regional plans align with global
    strategy, securing partner opportunities for multi-market campaigns.
    ● Track and optimize platform marketing resources, providing clear visibility on
    allocation and ROI across the region.
    ● Build and maintain strong relationships with local and global platform marketing teams to secure high-value promotional opportunities.
    ● Stay informed on platform trends, new tools, and features to continually improve editorial and marketing strategies.

    About you:
    ● 2+ year proven experience in marketing (digital, influencer, or platform marketing) within music, entertainment, or a similar creative industry.
    ● Strong understanding of social and streaming platform ecosystems, including
    marketing inventory and promotional programs.
    ● Skilled in multi-market campaign coordination, collaboration, marketing resource planning, and ROI tracking.
    ● Strong relationship-building capabilities with platform partners and internal
    stakeholders.
    ● Passion for music, digital culture, and platform-driven marketing innovation.

    We’d love it if you also had:
    ● Familiarity with multiple EMEA markets and their unique cultural nuances.
    ● Experience working with diverse marketing teams and global campaigns.
    ● Existing relationships with regional platform partners.
    ● Knowledge of content creation and social media strategy.
    ● Experience with streaming performance and analytics tools.
