The Inventory Manager provides leadership, direction and strategy for the Inventory Control team on the site that will enable and facilitate the execution of the outlined operational deliverables. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be the steering wheel of the operations and will be responsible to manage day-to-day logistics business. You will be Managing, leading, and coordinating activities of Team Leaders and front-line warehouse staff (Temp and FTE) in processing shipments, inventory, purchase orders, Sales orders, and all needs of the business. You will be responsible for important and immediate shopfloor decisions required for the operations and issues at site with immediate solutions. You will be motivating, training, developing, and directing team efforts, keeping Operations Manager in the loop. Always assure that the warehouse maintains safe and secured work environment.
The main Responsibilities
Workforce Planning, training and division of shopfloor tasks & employee coordination, capacity management, yard, and warehouse flow management in close coordination with Operations Manager.
Directing the complete shift (FTE and Temp employees) Organization, Monitoring of storage and distribution of goods regarding customer and legal requirements, inbound & outbound movements/activities, and Inventory management in accordance with the customer KPI ́s.
Responsible for process implementation, SOP/WI creation and development of subordinate logistics team.
Creation and compliance with quality standards as well as monitoring of KPIs
Proactive identification, optimization (CI), and further development of existing warehouse processes to drive productivity, safety and/or health increases
Execution and maintenance of employee evaluations, material management and leading various workgroups. like 5S, Safety, lean and kaizen with positive change culture.
Support the implementation of new customer and changes for existing customer (CI).

Key Responsibilities
The Inventory Manager provides leadership, direction and strategy for the Inventory Control team on the site that will enable and facilitate the execution of the outlined operational deliverables. Manage the planning and execution of proactive and reactive cycle counts in compliance with the contractual service level agreement
Develop, implement, and validate procedures, controls and systems that prevent, detect and correct errors in inventory transactions and balances
Apply continuous improvement initiatives to drive process, inventory accuracy, compliance, on-time completion, within budget, documented results
Design and generate appropriate reporting to track inventory accuracy, shrink compliance, and variance root cause trends
Maintain thorough knowledge of internal and customer systems to provide extensive support to the operational team as well as the customer for inventory and production
Develop resource plans and equipment needs budget for review with site leadership.
